Following a 10-day bench trial after stepping in as lead trial counsel, MoNi partner Xinlin Li Morrow obtained a ruling in favor of our client on breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and conversion in Orange County Superior Court in a matter the Court described as "challenging and sensitive." On the contract and unjust enrichment claims, MoNi also obtained the full amount of requested damages for our client.
